One of the take-aways from the article has to do with the process of maintaining a gratitude journal. Isn't it better to create your own success in an abundant universe rather than compete in a universe with short supply?

Upping Our Positive Vibration (aka Frequency)

Teal Scott, a spiritualist, describes why it's important to raise our frequency. And moreover, she shows us how to do it. She explains that our emotions (i.e., our biochemical feedback system) reflects back to us what our vibration is at that instant. Our frequency can range from positive to negative, and we determine whether a vibration is negative or positive by how we feel about it. Positive vibrations make us feel good, whereas negative vibrations just the opposite. High frequency = good, and low frequency = bad. Therefore, we must focus on raising our vibration. Things which causes us to feel better (if only a bit better) raises our vibration (i.e., frequency). Raising our vibration also determines what we are attracting or repelling ... think the Law of Attraction. Teal also provides a list of ways to raise one's frequency.
